The death of James Horner and Bill Paxton


James Horner passed away on June 22nd 2015 when his airplane cashed in California. He was a avid pilot and flying was a passion he had. His family stated that he died doing what he loved. Horner was a very recognized and successful movie composer. Besides composing the Titanic soundtrack and writing the song My Heart Will Go On, he also composed the soundtracks for the movies Braveheart, Avatar, A Beautiful Mind, The Perfect Storm, Jumanji, Apollo 13, Casper, among others.

Bill Paxton, who played Brook on the 1997 Titanic movie, passed away on February 25th, 2017 after a stroke he suffered after a heart surgery. James Cameron, the director of the Titanic movie, stated that he was a good man. Both had worked together in other projects such as Terminator, True Lies, Titanic and Ghosts of the Abyss.
